Who We Are

I LOVE beautiful things – beautiful food, fabulous furniture, magnificent landscape and spectacular architecture.  I love projects that require hands-on such as gardening, decorating, remodeling and photography.  I am so drawn into fantastic residential and hotel photos when they are nicely decorated and professionally shot. 

If my husband allows me, I will probably rearrange our furniture every month and repaint our wall with different colors every six months.  Since that is not going to happen, I have decided to make a business out of it by doing all those wonderful things that I love for other people to create better living environments.

After I was Trained by an IRIS approved Instructors, I started providing a new service – Interior REdesign & Staging for clients.  After years of helping homeowners and sellers to redesign and stage their homes, my team and I are driven to use our creativity, and understand your needs to yield big results in your room makeover experience.

As a Realtor, I know good interior and exterior photos can have a big effect on listings because 85% of buyers today start their home search online.  Although multi-million dollar listings have a bigger budget to hire a professional photographer, I believe other price range listings also deserve better pictures to truly represent their value.  From our experience, great pictures will attract more buyers to see your house – more buyers coming to see your home means more opportunities to sell for higher price and in a shorter time.

Professional Staging and Photography are two things that set you apart from everyone else in which you definitely want to invest. I am not keeping this service just for my clients - if you are selling your home by yourself (For Sale by Owner) or a fellow Realtor that wants to make your listing stand out from the crowd, I will be more than happy to serve you with Interior REdesign, Staging or Photography needs.
