The One Day Room Makeover focuses on using what the homeowner already has in the house and by rearrange existing furniture, lighting, and accessories within a space, create a fresh and inviting new look without buying anything new - within a half day we can transform a room from bad to good, and from good to great.  We make a room more “homey”, more inviting, and more functional by de-cluttering, defining the focal point, rearranging the furniture, and by add lighting and accessories.  The results are always breathtaking and rewarding, especially when you realized that you didn’t need to buy anything.  An average-size room takes around 4 hours and the redesign fee starts at $350 – less than the cost of a slipcover!!

Before & After Parties
Want to do something fun with your friends?  You can host a Before & After party and invite your friends for coffee and cookies in the morning to see the “before makeover” look, and then come back again that afternoon for wine and cheese to enjoy the WOW effect when you see the “after makeover” result.  This is also a great gift for your family and friends on their special occasions.

Move-In Service
When you move into a new home, whether it is upgrading to a bigger house or downsizing into a smaller house, we will help you to make that transition as smooth as possible.  We help you decide what to keep and where things go so you can start enjoying your new home in no time, especially when the floor plan is totally different from your last home. 

Shopping Service
We can go shopping with you or shop for you if you hate shopping or can’t decide which furniture or lighting or accessories you should buy.  It will save you time and avoid costly mistakes.

85% of Buyers today start their home search online so the first thing they see are the photos of your home.  After your home has been staged, you need to showcase it through professional photography in order to truly represent the pride of ownership.  The good looking pictures will attract more buyers to see your house – more buyers coming to see your home means more opportunities to sell for higher price and in a shorter time.  Staging and Photography are two things in which you definitely want to invest.  Fee starts at $200.
